The organizational structure of the CK Investment Group
The organizational structure of the CK Investment Group is characterized by a centralized and directed holding structure, where the ultimate decision-making authority and absolute ownership reside at the top of the pyramid, from which subsidiaries branch out.
The group's organizational structure is divided into the following main levels:
1. Top of the Management Hierarchy (Owner and Leadership)
- Full Ownership (100%): Businesswomen Carole Kassan heads the top of the organizational structure as the sole owner and strategic director of the group.
- Centralized Decision-Making: Direct responsibility for setting general investment policies and approving expansions rests with her direct management to ensure supreme and credible authority.
2. Operating Entities and Subsidiaries
